Introduction

Integrate your vendors (suppliers) into your order processes by email easily.

Features

Manage Vendors

Customers->Manage Vendors Create vendors in Magento and apply them to your products. Creates with the following attributes:

Name Description
Code Unique Identifier for Vendor (internal use)
Name Name of Vendor (used in email template)
Street (internal use)
City (internal use)
Postcode (internal use)
Contact Person (internal use)
Telephone (internal use)
Email Email of Vendor (Important: Only a valid email is supported - multiple emails are not supported right now! Please use "Send Email Copy To" instead!
Vendor Order Email Template Template for Vendor notification

Notify Vendors

Notify your vendors via email after a new order was placed, or (and) an order was updated to. Specify order status on which the nofication should be sent.

Notification Details

Use the "New vendor order"-email template for notifiing the vendor. The vendor only gets information about the orderitems (products) where the vendor is applied to. Decide if the vendor should see price relevant information too.

Prerequisites

Our extensions are not available via the magento-marketplace or packagist.org! The extensions are only available via a (private) repository!

In order to get access, a valid license-agreement is required!

If you have no access to our repositories, please contact us!

Install

Magento2.x and composer

To install the extension use composer via ssh:

composer require enobis/module-XXX

Afterwards you have to update your Magento2.x installation by

php bin/magento setup:upgrade
php bin/magento setup:di:compile
php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy
php bin/magento cache:clean
php bin/magento indexer:reindex
